The Corporate Tax Manager is in charge to prepare the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and ensure compliance with U.S and international locations national and state rules and regulations. The Corporate Tax Manager will Research tax ramifications of various financial transactions in the US and Internationally.

The Corporate Tax Manager will manage all the US indirect tax return preparation as well as other tax returns as required (Sales & Use, Property, etc.)



  • Preparation, reporting, review and payment for all federal and state tax filings.
  • Preparation of federal estimated tax payments.
  • Preparing and reviewing the international portions of US federal tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with foreign subsidiaries international income tax returns, VAT, GST, among others.
  • Services as primary liaison and directs all responses to tax audits to ensure the organization proactively responds to requests and presents the most accurate tax data and the reason a position was taken.
  • Respond to ad hoc questions from the business units on federal, state and host country tax issues.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firm the tax equalization calculation and filing for US employee's deployed overseas.
  • Assist CFO in performing research for the design and implementation of domestic and international tax planning strategies/bids.
  • Manages and ensures appropriate tax accounting in the general ledger.
  • Identifies tax savings and exposures and effectively communicates such findings.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of tax accounting policies and standardized procedures.


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Professional certfication (i.e. CPA, JD)
  • 7+ years of Corporate Income Tax experience
  • Prior experience at a national or top regional public accounting firm or a large corporate tax department
